Turalyon, Lord Commander
High Exarch Turalyon was one of the first five paladins of the Knights of The Silver Hand. Other notable names that we know who have joined the Knights are Uther the Lightbringer, Saidan Dathrohan, Tirion Fordring, and Gavinrad the Dire. While the other paladins were previously warriors, Turalyon was a priest prior to becoming a paladin.
He served the Alliance army during and immediately after the second war. He was also second in command to Anduin Lothar. When the siege of Blackrock Spire happens, Anduin became struck down when he was in the battle against Orgrim Doomhammer. Turalyon picked up Lothars battle standard and broken sword and rallied the Alliance to victory over the Horde.
Turalyon succeeds as Supreme Commander after the defeat of Lothar. After the war, Turalon took the Sons of Lothar to Draenor. They were victorious against the Horde and destroyed the Dark Portal’s stone frame. This victory would be a short-lived victory. The sons of Lothar would clash with the remnants of the Horde’s forces and Ner’zhul would unleash a spell that would tear open countless portals, in turn, the world would be ripped apart.
Alleria and Turalyon
Turalyon and Alleria fell in love, after which they went through a rift and would get separated. Nobody knew where they were for decades. After their disappearance the ymet the prime naaru Xe’ra and the Army of The Light. They would then join the Lightforged Draenei and wage war against the Burning Legion which would be a struggle that would last a Millenium.
The Defeat of The Burning Legion
After the Burning Legions’ defeat, Turalyon rejoins the Alliance. He is named the Lord Commander of The Alliance Forces. After King Anduin was captured, he became regent and protector of the realm to keep the Alliance safe until the king could return.
Biography
Turalyon was born to a noble family in Lordaeron. His father was named Dorus. He always believed in the Holy Light even if he did not feel it directly. Though he was forward enough as a boy, he often devised games that he and his friends would play.
The Second War
By the time the second war had hit, Turalyon was one of the greatest priests in Lordaeron. The leaders of the Council of Seven Nations became divided as Genn Greymane and Aiden Perenolde threatened to abandon the council. They did this because they feared losing their regional power to unity. Turalyon brought Prince Varian to his side and told the kings to stop their fighting or they would end up burned like Stormwind.
Turalyon is currently leading and taking care of the alliance in Anduin’s absence. A hero who has fought for his people and his family. The paladin was handpicked as one of the first five knights of the silver hand along with his mentor, Uther the Lightbringer.
