Dragonflight Launched
Dragonflight launched on Nov. 28th and has recieved quite a bit of good reviews from what we’ve seen. The era of the aspects ended at the end of Cataclysm, and now it seems that the dragons must reclaim their aspectral powers gifted to them by the titans long ago, in order to defeat Raszageth.
This is the ninth expansion that Blizzard has released for World of Warcraft. We get to delve into the birthplace of the Dragonkind, while helping the dragons stop what threatens their very home. We have 4 new leveling zones, a new starting zone, some new level up dungeons, some max level dungeons and an 8 boss raid with Dragonflight.
We learn more about the origins between each of the dragonflights and their lineage. We travel to The Dragon Isles under a new goal to help the dragons in their time of need. We have a new level Cap where we can get to level 70.
Dracthyr Evoker
There is a new hero class which is also the first ever race/class combo for wow. They can channel the magics of all the dragon flights and either heal their allies or damage their foes on the battlefield. You have empowered spells with them to modify the strength of your spells and how hard they will hit.
Dragonriding
Dragonriding becomes a thing, allowing you to fly early on in the expansion. This becomes available during the leveling experience and makes leveling somewhat easier for you. Your progress will become account wide as you get some upgrades for your drake that allows you to soar faster, farther and even customize the drakes.
Control
You now have more control over your characters and the way you play. The new talent system allows for more control and meaningful choices. You get a talent point at every level, with a whole new customizable HUD allowing you to customize it to your liking. The professions are even enhanced with work orders and specializations that are player driven.
Dragonflight is a lot more enhanced and appears to be the most alt friendly expansion so far, which is great for players like me who have a ton of characters. Almost every aspect of progress extends to every character on your account, including faction progress and Dragonriding upgrades and customizations.
So far, Dragonflight has recieved quite a lot of good reviews and comments. What are your overall thoughts of Dragonflight?
