Players have been waiting to find out Wrath of The Lich King Classics’ release date. We now have that information. Wrath of The Lich King Classic goes live on September 26 at 3 PM PST. The lich king schemes to claim the world as his own, which threatens who lives on Azeroth. As such, Alliance and Horde will need to stand against The King who murdered his own father.
You will travel to Northrend and begin this journey in either Borean Tundra or Howling Fjord. You can venture into more of the storylines before breaching the throne at Icecrown Citadel. Death Knights become available to both factions and start at level 55 as the first hero class.
Inscription in Wrath Classic
A new profession will allow players to scribe mystical glyphs. These modify the properties of spells and abilities, including allowing players to craft powerful trinkets and off-hand items.
Achievements will make way to the Classic universe giving players new rewards for their accomplishments.
Wrath Classic Dungeons & Raids
Some new 5-player dungeons and raids will come to Classic. Naxxramas will be updated as a 10 or 25-player raid and make a return.
Like before, the subscription for Wrath of the Lich King Classic is included in your World of Warcraft subscription at no extra cost.
Blizzard is even giving players an experience buff that you can turn off as well if you wish to, but it allows Classic players to level up quickly to prepare for their journey to Northrend. Will you be taking this journey?
